Post Natal Support
We understand the importance of post natal care and support and so offer a four week post natal support group that runs on Tuesdays for four weeks.
We will discuss ritual verses routine, breast and bottle feeding, relationship changes, taking care of you and other relevant, up to date information. All this is shared in a relaxed and loving environment with a morning tea and open discussions.
Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the college on 02 9569 8020. The investment for the four week program is $90.00 (inc GST).
This is a great group to attend before you have your baby so you can see what its like on the other side of pregnancy and gain important information on your baby before he or she arrives!

There may be times after the baby is born when you feel you need
some extra support - You can hire a post natal doula, who will visit
you at home and help with the baby and/or the family for the first few
weeks. A post natal doula is also able to support you with
breastfeeding and other parenting decisions to help you meet
any challenges you may be facing.
